Dear Blog,
Meet my new netbook: Lenovo IdeaPad S10
I bought it last Saturday at IT Show (@Suntec, Singapore). The price went from S$799 down to S$649, complete with free upgradable RAM from 1GB to 2GB and 6 cell battery.
In my opinion, my new netbook is quite affordable for me and meets my need to browse the Internet, check mails, chat, and play Pet Society games at Facebook (it’s a little bit lag when I played it but it’s okay for me). With it 6 cell battery, this netbook can stand about 4 hours. I can also store my musics, games, eBooks, videos, etc through it’s internal 160GB HDD.
The 10″ size of this netbook makes it portable and easier for me to carry it anywhere I go
This netbook comes in black, white, and pink color. I picked the black one because it wouldn’t get dirty easily (well, it might be, but it’s harder for me to spot the dust
)
To all of you who might be interested with this netbook, I want to share that I’ve already read through many reviews of this netbook before I bought it. The main problems with this netbook are the fan’s sound and the keyboard which is just 85% of a normal keyboard.
The fan doesn’t give any problem to me since I spend most of my time by listening music through earphone but I really need to get used with the keyboard especially when I was typing number. In normal keyboard, the left key of ’1′ is ‘`’ but at this netbook, the ‘`’ key is at ‘F1′ left that makes ’1′ key become the most left . It makes me mistype number most of my time (e.g: ’1′ become ’2′, ’2′ become ’3′ and so on).
Surely after I get used with the keyboard this netbook will suit me perfectly
